[WE] MENTALITY

There are millions of people in the world that struggle with mental illness in silence because of the stigma attached to the word "illness". Stigma and those not accepting us is a fear (False Evidence Appearing Real) and it is something that we all have.  But the potential to save someones life through connecting and relating with them far surpasses this fear. 1 in 4 people struggle with mental health, which means either you or someone that you know is effected by it. It touches everyone, that means if just one person speaks up and becomes vulnerable it can create a connection and multiply as other people are encouraged. If you take the "I" out of Mental Illness and replace it with "We" it creates Mental Wellness. The reality of it is that something that seems so dark and isolating can in fact end up driving us close to one another.
